Day school educators' challenge

In the coming year, JEIC will shift the majority of its energy to implementing many already developed models into new school locations. During the past five years, Jewish Education Innovation Challenge has received hundreds of letters of intent suggesting amazing ideas and out of the box constructs. In order to continue accessing that creativity, we have changed our regular granting mechanism and simplified the process. Moving forward, the Day School Challenge will be comprised of Spark grants of up to $5,000 to help continue and foster an oasis of hope. Spark ideas will be accepted on a rolling basis and applicants will be contacted at three points during the year to inform them the status of their application and the outcome of being awarded a Spark grant.
